Amatista Cookhouse
At Amatista Cookhouse the breezy coastal atmosphere invites you to feast indoors or out from a seasonal menu that keeps things deliciously fresh. Enjoy breakfast with the family before a pool day, stop by for lunch, or relax and recharge over dinner. The restaurant’s Caribbean-inspired cuisine prepared in an exhibition kitchen features ceviche, salads, flatbreads and burgers.
Caribbean Carnaval
Limbo or conga your way over to this interactive dinner show – a musical journey through the Caribbean with island food, songs and dances. It features the vibrant colors, tastes and sounds of the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica, Barbados and Trinidad. Shows every Friday. Tickets are required. Seating and Dinner begins at 6 pm. Show begins at 7 pm (subject to change)
Despicable Me Character Breakfast
Every Saturday morning guests make a beeline over to the Cayman Court for a breakfast with a twist. Enjoy a buffet including pancakes, bacon and scrambled eggs alongside your Favorite Despicable Me characters including Gru, Margo, Edith, Agnes and the Minions. This trading post sells Spanish wine, specialty spices, seasonings and teas all inspired by Sapphire Falls’ signature restaurants.
Strong Water Tavern
Rum cask lids line the ceiling of this stylish watering hole and a sea-faring mural sits above the sleek, modern bar. A wall of different rums complete with your own rum specialist, (you’re getting the picture!) sits right next to the ceviche bar. Relax outside by an outdoor fire pit on a breezy patio or enjoy tapas-style dining options and delicious rum tastings.

Flora Taverna is a three-meal restaurant offering a full breakfast buffet, Mediterranean comfort foods, pizza oven, and a gyro station.
Aurora Market is the contemporary grab & go area featuring a coffee bar and food and drinks like paninis, wraps, and gelato. When you’re in a hurry to hit the parks, this is the spot.
Cool off with a frozen cocktail, cold beer, or refreshing fountain drink. When hunger strikes, snacks and appetizers can be ordered and enjoyed in the open-air restaurant or right from your chair.

Located at Universal Epic Universe guests have a dedicated theme park entrance all to themselves. Free shuttles are provided to take guests to the other Universal Theme parks. SeaWorld & Aquatica and the attractions of International Drive are a 5 minute drive. The Walt Disney World Resort & Orlando International Airport are about a 20 minute drive.
